    • All fees are redeemed upfront at the time of booking.

    • Appointments can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    • If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the session fee will not be refunded.

    • In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your session to confirm if services provided by a registered psychotherapist are covered and eligible for reimbursement.

    After your session, you'll receive a receipt with all the necessary details to submit to your insurer. If you're not reimbursed, keep your receipts, as therapy expenses can be claimed as medical expenses for tax deductions when filing your personal income taxes.
