Outside The Therapy Session

Outside of my work as a psychotherapist, I find joy in connecting with nature, often going on hikes to recharge and reflect. I have a passion for reading, particularly books that delve into psychology and self-improvement, as they allow me to continue learning and growing. Creative expression is important to me as well, whether through arts and crafts or playing various musical instruments, which provide a sense of balance and fulfillment.

I also make time for journaling, mindfulness, and meditation, which help me stay grounded, present, and centered. These activities not only benefit my well-being but also enhance my therapeutic practice by keeping me in tune with both my personal and professional growth.
